Location
In a Conservation Area, on the edge of the pretty rural village of Stour Provost, Stour Homes built to exacting standards two 4 bedroom traditional looking homes of local Todber stone.

Summary
With a floor area of over 2000 sq.ft in each house, the light and airy spacious accommodation offered versatility as to how it was utilised. It incorporated the latest modern facilities such as Category 5 wiring to telecom points, hardwood windows and doors, and polished chrome ironmongery. The master and guest bedrooms had luxury en-suite facilities.


Description
In a Conservation Area, on the edge of the pretty rural village of Stour Provost, Stour Homes built to exacting standards two 4 bedroom traditional looking homes of local Todber stone. To provide an external contrast, one house was built from cut stone, the other random stone.

A great deal of thought went into creating energy efficient homes, with a high level of insulation and under floor heating via an air source heat exchange system;

Garden House: The purchaser came in at an early stage of construction and was able to have a major input into the design and layout of their home.
